Three seeds. One roaster. All heart. Three Seeds Coffee Roasters was born from a simple idea — that great coffee deserves great intention. Every roaster has a reason. Ours has three — named after our three children who inspire everything we do.

Based in Katy, Texas, we primarily source from carefully selected green coffee importers with decades of direct trade relationships. Every origin is hand-selected, every roast is made to order, and every bag carries the roast date so you know exactly what you're serving.

We're not trying to be the biggest roaster in Texas. We're trying to be the best one for you.

Our wholesale program is designed for coffee shops, cafés, food trucks, and coffee bars looking for a reliable small-batch roasting partner. All coffee is sold as whole bean only with a 10 lb minimum per origin. Not a coffee business? Reach out — we'd love to help if we can.

We Confirm & Roast

We confirm availability and your roast date within 24 hours. Every bag is roasted fresh to your order — never sitting on a shelf.

Invoice & Delivery

A formal invoice is sent to your email. We deliver directly to your location in the Katy, TX area. Free delivery on all orders 25 lbs or more within Katy, TX.
