Origin imagery is representational unless explicitly identified as current producer/farm photography. Tasting notes describe sensory impressions and may vary by roast, brewing and palate.

Our Story

Good coffee starts long before the roast.

Three Seeds Coffee Roasters was built on a simple belief: great coffee deserves great intention — from where it is grown and how it is processed to how it is roasted and ultimately served.

Based in Katy, Texas, we source specialty green coffees through trusted importers and suppliers, selecting offerings for quality, character and seasonality. We roast in small batches and to order, with a focus on freshness, consistency and bringing out what makes each origin distinctive.

Our core coffees provide continuity for everyday service, while seasonal offerings rotate as harvests and verified lots become available.

We are not trying to be the biggest roaster in Texas. We are focused on being a roasting partner you can depend on.

We do not claim a direct producer relationship, certification, farm, crop date, process, elevation, variety, fresh-crop status or U.S. arrival unless that information is supported for the current lot.

Built for the cup — and the shelf.

Any current coffee can be discussed for retail-size packaging, so “retail” is not a separate quality category. A café can serve the same origin on bar and offer it as a take-home bag.

Retail bag sizes, label options, minimums and pricing are confirmed with the order. The design shown is the packaging direction we are building toward; the final production bag will carry all required Three Seeds labeling and cottage-food disclosures.
