Wholesale Request Terms

Order requests

The website form is a request for a wholesale quote/order review. It is not an automatic acceptance of an order. Availability, price, coffee lot, quantity, legal eligibility, transfer/delivery method, lead time and payment terms must be confirmed by Three Seeds before a sale is final.

Pricing

Displayed prices are current request prices and may be updated when green-coffee costs, packaging costs, availability or other operating costs materially change. Once an order is accepted, the confirmed invoice or written confirmation controls that transaction.

Availability and substitutions

Specialty coffee is seasonal and lot-specific. Three Seeds will not substitute a different coffee without customer approval when the requested coffee is unavailable.

Lot and origin information

Producer, farm, harvest/crop, process, elevation, variety, certification, fresh-crop status and U.S. arrival information are stated only when supported for the lot being offered. Representational origin imagery does not identify the current farm or producer.

Texas cottage-food wholesale eligibility

Texas law places conditions on wholesale sales by cottage food production operations. Three Seeds will only accept a wholesale arrangement when it is permitted under applicable Texas law. Buyers are responsible for complying with laws that apply to their own resale or food-service activities. Three Seeds does not ask customers to disclose a registration status through the public website form, but Three Seeds may request information or decline a transaction when reasonably necessary to determine whether a proposed wholesale sale is permitted under applicable Texas law.

Retail bags and labels

Retail bag availability, size, labeling, custom labels, private-label requests and pricing are confirmed separately. Required legal labeling will not be removed or obscured.

Delivery and shipping

Local delivery area, delivery thresholds, fees and any shipping arrangements are confirmed before the order is accepted. The website does not promise free delivery to every location or order size.

Payment

No payment is collected through this request form. Payment method and timing are stated on the final invoice or confirmation. Do not submit payment-card information through the website form.

Returns and quality concerns

Because coffee is a food product roasted to order, returns may be restricted. Contact Three Seeds promptly if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with the confirmed order so the issue can be reviewed.

Legal review recommended: These terms are written to reduce avoidable website risk, but Three Seeds should obtain Texas legal or DSHS guidance on its exact café/wholesale model before scaling transactions that involve a business opening, brewing or serving cottage-food coffee.
