When you submit a wholesale request, we may collect optional business name, contact name, email address, optional telephone number, city, customer/business type, requested coffee and quantity, sample-box or recurring-order interest, callback preference, and any notes you voluntarily provide.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review and respond to wholesale inquiries, evaluate order eligibility and availability, prepare quotes or invoices, arrange delivery or transfer, maintain business records, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with applicable law.

Form processing and spam prevention

This site is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions may be processed by Netlify and its spam-prevention providers, including Akismet and reCAPTCHA when enabled. Those providers may process technical information such as IP address and browser data for security and abuse prevention.

We do not sell personal information

Three Seeds does not sell or rent submitted contact information for third-party marketing.

Retention

Business inquiry and transaction records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, accounting, legal, security and operational purposes.
